| Project Brief | The project activity is a newly built greenfield project. The purpose of the project is to generate electricity by using clean solar resources to meet the national electricity demand. The project activity is an electricity generation project which provide electricity to the national grid and will contribute to the reduction of GHG emission by displacing part of the generated electricity by the Grid, which is dominant of fossil fuel fired power plants. The Project activity consists of two parts owned and operated by the same parent company. These projects are: The project activity as a whole has a total installed capacity of 51.36264 MWm, 42.0609 MWe with an average annual electricity generation of 80,888 MWh. The expected annual average GHG emission reductions are 50,643 tCO2e/yr, that will contribute to the alleviation of climate change effects. |
