Project Brief | Sivrihisar Bundled SPP consists of 18 individual unlicensed photovoltaic solar power plants and its total install capacity is 14.465 MWe. The plant was established in the accordance with the law of Electricity Market (Law no: 6446). The electricity produced by project activity will result in average emission reduction of 171,670 tons of CO2e for the fixed crediting period. 18 individual facilities are located in 4 different provinces which are Burdur, Eskişehir, Uşak and Afyonkarahisar. The annual energy generation capacity is calculated to be approximately 26,460.03 MWh. Finally, the project is expected to deliver around 17,167 tCO2e in emission reduction annually. The project aims to contribute to reducing national energy deficit and development of local industries as it allows the use of cheaper energy for industrialists and gain advantage in a competitive environment. |
