Project Brief

Kusoturagi Bundled Solar Power Plant consists of 5 individual unlicensed photovoltaic solar power plants and its total install capacity is 4.95 MWe. The plant was established in the accordance with the law of Electricity Market (Law no: 6446). The electricity produced by project activity will result in average emission reduction of 54,470 tons of CO2e for fixed crediting period. 5 individual facilities are located at Köyarkası locality and Kuştorağı village of Turhal district of Tokat province, Türkiye. The annual energy generation capacity is calculated to be approximately 8,394.90 MWh. Finally, the project is expected to deliver around 5,447 tCO2e in emission reduction annually. The project aims to contribute to reducing national energy deficit and development of local industries as it allows the use of cheaper energy for industrialists and gain advantage in a competitive environment.
