| Project Brief | The project involves installation of 39 MWp grid connectged solar power project in Vinh Hao commune, Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province of Vietnam. The electricity generated from project activity (operational solar power plant) is exported to the grid, thus replaces the feeding of equivalent amount of electricity generated from the operation of existing grid connected power plants (mostly fossil fuel based). The project activity thus reduces the anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs) associated with equivalent amount of electricity generation from the existing grid connected power plants (mostly fossil fuel based) and from addition of new generation sources into the grid. |
