Project Brief

The Project Activity is the installation of a Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Panels 5.324 MWAC on rooftops and Ground Mounted in various states of the India, where no renewable power plant was operating prior to the implementation of the project activity (green-field plant). The project is implemented in state Rajasthan, Karnataka and Maharashtra of India by M/s Utryan Energy Private Limited, Utryan Energy Agra Private Limited, Jyotikiran Energy Okhla Private Limited, Taiyung Solar Projects Private Limited, and Jyotikiran Energy Bhilwara Private Limited.

The purchased power by the customers are either consumed/utilized by the customers for in the buildings premises or injected to the grid of the Distribution Utility under the mechanism of net metering. The project is expected to generate approx. 9,920 MWh of electricity annually and emission reduction will be 9025 tco2.

The annual estimated emission reductions for the project activity is 9,025 tCO2e.
