Fazlı Enerji Elektrik Üretim Anonim Şirketi has constructed the Bayra Regulator and Hydro Power Plant Project. The aim of the project is to produce electrical energy to the Turkish national grid. The other purposes of this project are agricultural irrigation.

The project includes 2 units. Two of them has 4.681 MWm / 4.523 MWe and total have 9.362 MWm/ 9.046 MWe installed capacity. Annual electricity production is expected to be 51,319,000 kWh (51,319 MWh) according to the generation license. 

The average annual generated electricity is expected to be 51,319 MWh according to the generation license and the emission reduction is estimated around 28,492 tCO2e per annum. For the entire crediting period, 284,920 tonnes of CO2 are expected to be reduced.
