| Project Brief | The Baishitoukouz Cascade Hydropower Project, which was developled and constructed by Sunan Yugur Autonomous County Longyang Hydropower Co., Ltd, is a cascade hydropower project consisting of three cascade hydropower plants.The installed capacity of the three cacscade hydropower plants is 17.6MW, 6MW and 3.4MW respectively, which gives 27MW of installed capacity in total. The aim of the project is to utilize renewable resources to generate and supply electricity to the Northwest ChinaPowerGrid (NWCPG). The electricity supplied to the grid by the Project is estimated to be 122,888 MWh and will achieve 81,891 tCO2 of emission reductios annualy. The emisson reductions which will be ahieved by the Project over its 10-year crediting period is estimated to be 818,910 tCO2. The Project situated in Zhulongguan village, QifengTownship, SunanYugur Autonomous County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, China. The Project started its construction on 16/12/2015 and began its commissioning on 06/11/2020. |
