Project Brief

Heyang Dongxu 19.8MWp Solar PV Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as “the project”), which is located in Longquan Village,Ganjing Town,Heyang County, Weinan City, Shaan Xi Province, the People’s Republic of China, is developed by Heyang Dongxu Solar PV Power Generation Co., Ltd.

The project has a total installed capacity of 19.8MWp, and the electricity generated by the project will be delivered to the Northwest China Power Grid (hereafter referred to as NWPG) via Shaanxi Grid, whose annual average amount during the project lifetime is estimated to be 21289MWh.

After putting into operation, the electricity generated by the project will substitute partial power of the NWPG, which is dominated by fuel-fired power plants, thus reducing the GHG emissions. The estimated annual average emission reduction of the project during the crediting period is 17701 tCO2e and the total emission reduction for the fixed 10-year crediting period is 177015 tCO2e.

The project will bring many positive environmental and social benefits and contribute to 3 SDGs which are SDG 7, 8 and 13.
