Project Brief	Gümüşören Dam and Hydro Power Plant Project has been constructed by Bükor Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. which is the legal project owner of the plant6. The project aims to contribute to reducing national energy deficit and development of local industries as it allows the use of cheaper energy for industrialists and gain advantage in a competitive environment. By means of reducing dependency to the fossil fuels, environmental pollution is significantly reduced. Also, clean energy is generated by using hydro power. Regarding to this, a hydropower plant has been constructed by Bükor Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. in Develi district, Kayseri province, Türkiye. Based on the applied tool, the project boundary is considered as the National Electricity Grid of Türkiye. The energy generation from the fossil fuels is referred to the baseline scenario.
