Project Brief	The bundled project activity is the installation of a new grid-connected 12 MW (AC) Solar power plant/unit at a site where no renewable power plant was operating prior to the implementation of the project activity (green-field plant). The project activity involves the implementation of a solar power initiative in Maharashtra of India, carried out through six SPVs (Legal owners). The operation and maintenance of all these SPVs are managed by Aditya Green Energy Private Limited (Project owner). The electricity generated from Project Activity is exported to the Indian grid there by displacing the consumption of electricity from the regional grid electricity distribution system.
Additional Information	The bundled project activity is replacing anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG’s) estimated to be a total of 177,380 tCO2e over the total 10 years crediting period or average 17,738 tCO2e/annum, thereon displacing 190,531 MWh amount of electricity over the 10-year crediting period or average of 19,05319 MWh/year amount of electricity from the generation-mix of power plants connected to the Indian electricity grid, which is mainly dominated by thermal/ fossil fuel-based power plant.
