Dalian Jinzhou Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Project (hereafter referred to as the Project) is a waste incineration power plant with total capacity of 20MW, located in Lianfeng village, Daweijia Street, Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province,P.R.China.The Project is invested and operated by Hanlan (Dalian) solid waste treatment Co., Ltd.

The Project will dispose Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) of Jinzhou district and Dalian Free Trade Zone in Dalian City. The Project utilizes the MSW to product renewable energy to meet the electricity  demands increased in the city which also promotes environmental sound treatment and reduction of MSW, to achieve integrated utilization of MSW, and reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission from MSW landfill. Via the implementation of the Proposed Project, an annually average emission reduction of 125,649 tCO2e and 1,256,489 tonnes of CO2 reduction are expected during the fixed 10-yearcrediting period.
