Project Brief | The Project Activity is a new facility (Greenfield) and the electricity generated by the project will be consumed by the users and/or exported to the national grid of India through the concept of net metering. In the either way of the consumer uses the produced electricity from the project or export surplus power to grid, the Project Activity displaces an equivalent amount of electricity which would have otherwise been generated by fossil fuel dominant electricity grid. |

Additional Information | The project is expected to generate approximately 142,715 MWh of electricity during the 10 years crediting period. And expected to generate an average of 14,271 MWh per year. The annual estimated emission reductions over the crediting period are 13,279 tCO2/year. The estimated emission reductions achieved for the entire crediting period of 10 years are 132,795 tCO2e. |
