Project Brief

No.1 Solar Power Project in Delingha Solar Power Generation Application Leading Base (hereafter referred to as “the project”) is a solar power project with total installed capacity of 100MWp. The project is invested and operated by Qinghai Huawo New Energy Co.,Ltd. The project is located in Delingha photovoltaic (photothermal) Industrial Park, the West Exit of Delingha City, Qinghai Province, in China.

The project is connected to Northwest China Power Grid (NWCPG) and

is expected to supply  an annual average 162,546.4 MWh of zero-emission electricity to NWCPG  in the 25-year project life time and an annual average of 172,180.8 of zero-emission electricity to NWCPG  during the fixed 10-year crediting period, which will displace power generation of those fossil fuel-fired power plants delivered to the NWCPG in the baseline scenario. The project is expected to achieve GHG emission reductions of 134,180 tCO2e annually. The total emission reductions during the fixed 10-year crediting period reaches 1,341,801 tCO2e.

The project is expected to contribute to 3 SDGs which are SDG 7, 8 and 13.
