| Project Brief | The Hong Phong 1 Wind Power Plant is the greenfield grid-connected wind power project located in Hong Phong Commune, Bach Binh District, Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam. The proposed project activity is legally owned by Hong Phong 1 Wind Power Joint Stock Company. The project activity has a total installed capacity of 42.4 MW, with a power generation capacity of 131,900 MWh per annum. The project activity involves the installation of 8 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), each has an installed capacity of 5.3 MW. It is expected to reduce GHG emissions by 106,060 tCO2e annually. |
