Project Brief

The project activity involves the installation of two numbers of Solar Power Projects in Maharashtra States of India. The purpose of the project activity is to generate clean electricity with utilization of solar energy. The total installed capacity of the propose project activity is 14.6 MWAC which involves operation of two solar projects of 8 MWAC and 6.6 MWAC project in Maharashtra. The solar power projects are promoted by subsidiaries of Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited.

Additional Information

The proposed project activity will replace anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG’s) estimated to be average of 27,208 tCO2e per annum i.e., 272,088 tCO2e in the entire crediting period, and thereon displacing average of 29,225 MWh/year amount of electricity (i.e., 292,254 MWh amount of electricity in the entire crediting period) from the generation-mix of power plants connected to the Indian electricity grid, which is mainly dominated by thermal/ fossil fuel-based power plant.
