| Project Brief | The bundled project activity is a new grid-connected solar PV based power generation project consisting of a 42 MW solar PV power project in Telangana and another 10 MW solar PV power project in Andhra Pradesh at sites where no renewable power plant were operating prior to the implementation of the project activity (green-field plant). The project is implemented in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India by Mahindra Renewable Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Group through two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) – Neo Solren Private Limited and Brightsolar Renewable Energy Private Limited |
