Project Brief	The 10 MW Canal Top SPV Project at Haptiagachh, Uttar Dinajpur is a 10 MW Grid Connected Solar Project by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the purpose of generating clean energy using Solar Photovoltaic panels. The Canal Top Solar Power Project is one of the first of its kind in Eastern India and in the state of West Bengal. The project will help alleviate the anthropogenic emissions of Greenhouse Gas by approximately 14,858 tCO2e per year associated with equivalent amount of electricity generation from existing grid connected power plants, which are primarily fossil fuel based, and add new and clean energy generation to the Indian and West Bengal Electricity Grid.

The 10 MW Canal Top SPV Project at Haptiagachh, Uttar Dinajpur is a 10 MW Grid Connected Solar Project by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the purpose of generating clean energy using Solar Photovoltaic panels.

The Canal Top Solar Power Project is one of the first of its kind in Eastern India and in the state of West Bengal.
