Project Brief

The proposed project activity involves installation of 30 MW solar power project in the Phan Lam Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan Province in Vietnam. The project is fully commissioned and operational and the total project capacity has been connected to the national Grid of Vietnam. Generated power from the project is being supplied to the Provincial Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN).

The project is commissioned, operational and with reference to the connectivity agreement (Document no. 02/2018/EVN dated 08/02/2018), the total project capacity has been connected to the National Grid of Vietnam through the erected distribution and transmission lines. The generated power from the project is being supplied to the Provincial Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN). The project owner has signed a long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with the EVN to supply the generated power at the contracted price.

Additional Information

Project is expected to generate average annual electricity of 63,514 MWh and 635,148 MWh over the 10-year crediting period. The project is expected to reduce an annual average emission reduction of 52,271 t CO2 and reduces a total of 522,711 t CO2 for the whole 10-years crediting period.
