Project Brief

This bundled project activity involves the installation of three numbers of Solar Power Projects in Orissa /Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra states of India. The purpose of the project activity is to generate clean electricity with utilization of solar energy through third party sale. The total installed capacity of the project activity is 9 MW(AC); which involves operation of three solar   projects of 2, 2, & 5 MW (AC Capacity) project in Orissa /Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra State.

Additional Information

This project activity will replace average anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG’s) estimated to be approximately 14,021 tCO2e per year, thereon displacing estimated average of 15,060 MWh/year amount of electricity from the generation-mix of power plants connected to the Indian grid for captive use, which is mainly dominated by thermal/fossil fuel-based power plant. The project activity reduces 140,206 tCO2e emissions during the entire crediting period.
