Project Brief | The Proposed Project activity is a 50 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Project in Khanak Village, Tosham Tehsil, Bhiwani district of Haryana state in India. The project is implemented by Amplus Sun Solutions Private Limited, proposed project is connected to the Indian national grid through 132kV HVPNL substation located at Khanak.The generated power from the project activity is supplying to the Haryana Power Purchase Centre (HPPC) through the long-term power purchase agreement. The electricity generated from this project will replace anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG’s) by displacing equivalant amount of electricity from the generation mix of power plants connected to the national grid, which is mainly dominated by thermal/fossil fuel-based power plants. |
