Gülşehir – Ulupınar Solar Power Plant Bundle Project consists of 40 individual Unlicensed Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants with a capacity of 34.218 MWe in total.
The project activity will generate greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions by avoiding CO2 emission from electricity generation by fossil fuel power plants connected to Turkish National Power Grid. Total installed capacity included by the GCC project is drawn as 34.218 MW. The average annual generated energy is expected to be 59,949.94 MWh according to the generation values and the project will be able to deliver a reduction in emissions of around 36,741 tCO2e (tons of carbon dioxide equivalent) per annum. The total emission reduction for the whole crediting period is calculated as 367,413 tones of CO2.
The project is expected to contribute 6 SDGs which are SDG 6,7,8,9,11 and 13.
