Project Brief | The project will serve the purpose of producing clean electrical energy in a sustainable manner. The project activity involves implementation of 8 MW small hydro power project which will utilize potential energy available for power generation. Therefore, no fossil fuels are involved for power generation in the project activity. The proposed project activity will also reduce the anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by avoiding business as usual operation of existing fossil fuels-based power plants to produce equivalent amount of electricity. |
