The "Balıkesir Aktarma SPP" project, which was established in Balıkesir Province, Karesi District, Aktarma Area, is the largest unlicensed SPP investment made in the private sector in Turkey as a single piece, with 33.966 MWe (40.617 MWp) installations collectively. Balıkesir Aktarma SPP project will be registered as "Özkoyuncu Aktarma Bundle SPP Project" under the name of Özkoyuncu Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The average annual generated energy is expected to be 61,734 MWh and the project will be able to deliver a reduction in emissions of around 40,014 tCO2e (tons of carbon dioxide equivalent) per annum. For the entire crediting period 400,140 tons of CO2 are expected to be reduced.
