Project Brief | This bundled project activity involves the installation of thirteen numbers of Solar Power Projects in Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu States of India. The purpose of the project activity is to generate clean electricity with utilization of solar energy through third party sale for captive use. The total installed capacity of the proposed project activity is 73.18 MW(AC); which involves operation of thirteen solar projects of 9.38, 1.00, 0.40, 6.25, 8.00, 6.25, 7.00, 6.25, 5.00, 6.20, 7.50, 10.00, 1.20 (AC Capacity) project. |

Additional Information | This project activity will replace average anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG’s) estimated to be approximately 143,099 tCO2e per year, thereon displacing estimated average of 153,787 MWh/year amount of electricity from the generation-mix of power plants connected to the Indian grid for captive use, which is mainly dominated by thermal/fossil fuel-based power plant. The project activity reduces 1,430,999 tCO2e emissions during the entire crediting period. |
